1. Information you send us
If you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
2. Technical data collected automatically
When you load a page, our web host and its content delivery network receive standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. Our security software uses IP addresses and request data to detect and block malicious traffic. This processing is necessary to run a secure website.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Pages on this site do not set their own tracking cookies. Third-party services we use may set cookies or use similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, local storage or device identifiers:

We do not sell your contact details. We share data only with the service providers described above (hosting, security, analytics, advertising and affiliate networks), or when the law requires it.
8. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Union. Where the law requires it, these providers use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for no more than 24 months afterwards. Security logs are kept for a short period set by our host and security software. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the providers’ retention settings.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. These include rights under the EU and UK GDPR and under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use these rights, contact us through our Contact page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: you can change your cookie choices at any time through the privacy settings link shown with the consent message.
- US states with privacy laws, including California: where these laws apply, you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising through the opt-out link shown on the site when such services are active, or by contacting us.
11. Children
This site is written for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes, for example when we add a new service. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do.
